Melinda McCaw started her career in graphic design and photography. As things started to take off with web development she moved into designing websites. Working to become proficient Melinda McCaw completed a BS in Interactive Media from the Colorado Institute of Art. This gave Melinda a good background to expand on as she continues to bring the latest technologies to her clients as a professional Colorado web designer.
She's done the Colorado Trail by foot and bike three times. She regularly backpacks with her husband, Doug, and 7-year-old daughter, that is when she isn't downhill mountain biking, trail running or skiing in the Colorado Mountains.
Elisa Janson Jones is an author, podcaster, educator, presenter, director, and business consultant.
With an MBA alongside her degree in music, she is a coach and consultant to small businesses and nonprofits around the country, and serves as the conductor of her local community band. She has been teaching music for nearly 20 years and currently holds the prestigious position of elementary music teacher at a private K-8 Catholic School in Grand Junction, Colorado.
Elisa is a regular presenter at conferences and online workshops and is the founder of the International Music Education Summit and the author of The Music Educator’s Guide to Thrive, and Best Practices for Music Educators.
She's hiked more mountains than she can count, ridden the White Rim of Canyonlands in one night twice, and is the author of the trailblog Trails365.com.
She shares a lot of trail time with clients, her husband, Matt, and her three kids.
