Lynda Carpenter spent 2 1/2 years traveling in an RV where she and her husband Erick would go backpacking for 4, 5 and 6 days at a time. Lynda holds a Masters Degree in Complementary and Alternative Medicine. She is a Board Certified Drugless Practitioner and Holistic Nutritionist. The accolade she is most proud of is having reversed her own stage 4, metastatic (supposedly terminal) cancer without conventional radiation or chemotherapy. She credits her use of Essential Oils to reducing exposure to carcinogens and other toxins as an important part of her healing. Now, Lynda employees a 9-step process to help her clients reverse chronic illnesses and optimize health. Living in Colorado with Erick, she is an avid organic gardener and grows much of her own produce. She will show you how to use essential oils as nature’s medicine on the trail.
Lynda will be presenting Staying on the Trail Longer with Essential Oils at the 2019 International Women's Trail Summit and is excited to share ideas with you this year.
