Rachel Askett is a Health Promotion Specialist working in Kingston, Ontario, Canada with the military population. She is a member of the Kingston Environmental Advisory Forum and has a Bachelor of Physical Health and Education Specialized in Health Promotion with a Minor in Commerce.
Rachel regularly seeks opportunity to share ways to decrease single use practice by demonstrating and role modelling sustainable lifestyle habits. Her favourite past trips include a road trip across central and western Canada to hike on the West Coast and a safari in Masai Mara, Kenya.
Rachel will be presenting Get H.O.T. - Leave Zero Trace at the 2019 International Women's Trail Summit and is excited to share ideas with you this year.
