Introduction to Trail & Ultra Running

This session will educate and encourage new trail runners to get out in nature and start running! It will be designed to appeal to both brand new runners and “new-to-trail” runners, with a brief touch on “ultra running” (which may appeal to some more seasoned runners). The session will cover the basics of what to expect, what to be prepared for, and what type of gear you may want/need. The end of the session will have a short Q&A (if possible) to answer any additional questions people may have.
